Wierookpotten vol stokjes,  kaarsenstandaards overvol met kaarsstompjes.                                                                                     Op de Boeddhabeelden worden, laag na laag, goudblaadjes geplakt,                            en bij de tempel lotusbloemen gevouwen. Offertjes op de stoep: bolletjes rijst met een wierookstokje. Op straat staan waterpotten gevuld met gevallen bloemen.                                  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met Nieuwjaar in Chinese wijken hele pannen eten voor het huis.                   Straten met honderden lampionnen.                                                                                      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heilige bomen omwikkeld met kleurige lappen, linten,  en beeldjes aan de voet of tussen de wortels. &nbsp;                                                                                                                           <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles zo uitbundig en overdekt met tropische stof, aangetast door tropische hitte en regenbuien.
